MityDSP provides an all-in-one solution for your instrumentation data collection needs. A product development and production system, MityDSP provides a production-ready core CPU platform that can be quickly and easily customized to meet your specific product requirements through configurable I/O interfaces. The MityDSP includes both hardware and software components that integrate seamlessly into your application.

The hardware consists of an off the shelf core CPU module that contains a CPU, FPGA, RAM, and Flash. Customers choose from MityDSP platforms, depending on their processing needs. The MityDSP family satisfies the requirements for standard applications. With 4-5 times the processing power, the MityDSP-PRO family (available Fall 2007) is designed for data and processing-intensive applications such as video and radar.

Based on its years of experience engineering DSP’s for a wide range of applications, Critical Link has created a robust framework, consisting of designs, pre-engineered interface cores, protocol and device support, and software tools. This MityDSP Framework gives Critical Link a jump-start on implementing custom embedded hardware. This approach enables its customers to have a fully customized solution available to them with significant savings in both cost and schedule as compared to a full ground-up electronics development.
