At the heart of each MityDSP based electronics design is the CPU Engine. Critical Link currently offers a selection of many different models.
The standard MityDSP module addresses most demanding application processing needs, applications that require significantly more Flash, SDRAM, or FPGA resources will enjoy the MityDSP-XM which is plug compatible with the standard MityDSP CPU Engine.
With 4-5 times the processing power, the MityDSP-PRO family of modules offer numerous additional I/O features, and even more memory and FPGA resources. The MityDSP-PRO family is designed for very demanding data and processing-intensive applications such as video and radar.
Finally, systems that can take advantage of an ARM9 based embedded processor module capable of running a high level operating system such as Linux, or QNX, may take advantage of the MityDSP-L138 (for systems requiring an OMAP DSP board), MityARM-1808, or MityARM-1810 (for systems requiring PROFIBUS).
